The inventor of the FEC technology, Howard is the inventor of the fog and fog foam nozzles, used during World War II and to this day on ships and airport crash-rescue vehicles around the world. He also invented the flexible lip seat ball valve, and was the founder and CEO of Jamesbury Corporation, which under his leadership became the world’s premier manufacturer of high performance ball and butterfly valves and controls for the process industries. He is retired Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Jack was the co-founder and CEO of the biopharmaceutical company that became Dyax Corp., whose scientists invented phage display technology, which is in wide use for creating small proteins and monoclonal antibodies for therapeutics. He has held executive-level positions in several other bioventures, most recently at a leading algae-to-biofuels company.

Dan comes from a print and web-publishing background, most recently as the deputy editor and chief web editor of a leading Central European program and culture magazine. Now based in the Los Angeles area, he is pursuing a career in low-cost renewable energy systems. He speaks Japanese, Hungarian and website design.
