Increase the yield of your algae growth system
One of the biggest obstacles to using algae for biofuel is growing it economically. Many experts believe that the most feasible environments for doing so are natural ponds, raceway ponds, and greenhouses.
FEC’s technology is ideal for enhancing algal growth in such environments, because it enables mixing more CO2 into the water where the algae are growing, resulting in more growth. We’ve demonstrated this process in early stage laboratory experiments, and economic modeling suggests that the value of the incremental yield can substantially exceed the cost of deploying and operating the technology.
